How do you know
What’s true for you?
How do you listen
To your inner wisdom?
How do you know when it’s the ego
Or when it’s your intuition?
What if we opened up to Life
And let our heart be the guide?
What we if let the mind
Be by its side?
Trusted companions indeed
But one will surely lead
With insecurity, fear, and greed
Whereas the other, seeks nothing but truth
Which can certainly hurt too
And this is where we get to choose
What motivates you?
Are you curious and inspired
Or do trust only what you know to be true?
If so, could that be limiting you?
If the impossible seems untrue
I challenge you
To take a different view
If you’re up for it
Start by saying, “Yes”
In those places where you feel hesitate
Of course, use discretion
With good intention
And let Life lead the rest
